How It Works

Submit an Enquiry

Use the contact form or email to describe what you need. Include the collection type (Conference Welcome, Baby Arrival, Ramadan, Eid Corporate), the quantity, the delivery address or region, and any branding requirements. Minimum order is five boxes. There is no maximum, though large orders require additional lead time.

Seasonal collections such as Ramadan and Eid have ordering windows. If you are planning a seasonal order, contact us at least four weeks before the intended delivery date.

Receive a Detailed Proposal

We respond to enquiries within two working days. The response includes a description of current contents for the requested collection, lead time based on current producer stock, delivery timeline, and pricing. For branded orders, we include specifications for artwork submission.

Contents may vary from the standard collection description if a particular item is out of season or unavailable. Any variation is noted in the proposal and requires your confirmation before the order proceeds.

Confirm and Submit Branding Files

Once you confirm the proposal, the order is placed into the production queue. For branded orders, artwork files must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the proposal. Late submission of artwork files delays the order. We provide a file specification sheet with accepted formats and dimensions.

Assembly at Our Suez Facility

Items are sourced from producers and delivered to our facility in Suez. Each item is checked on arrival. Assembly follows the collection layout. Finished boxes pass an inspection before being packaged for delivery. For branded orders, branding elements are applied after box assembly and before final packaging.

Delivery Across Egypt

Completed orders are dispatched via courier to the delivery address or addresses provided. For corporate conference orders requiring delivery to a single venue, we coordinate timing with your event schedule. You receive a dispatch notification when the order leaves our facility.

Delivery timelines vary by governorate. Cairo and surrounding areas typically receive orders faster than more remote destinations. Specific timelines are included in your proposal.
