Boutique Antidotes is a small operation. Roles here involve direct contact with producers, physical handling of products, and coordination with clients. The work is practical and varied. We do not have large teams for each function — most roles span more than one area of the operation.
Areas of Work
Producer Relations
Identifying, reviewing, and maintaining relationships with small producers in Cairo, Fayoum and Siwa. Involves field visits, sample assessment, and ongoing communication with active network members. Requires knowledge of Egyptian craft and agricultural sectors.
Assembly and Quality
Hands-on assembly of gift boxes at our Suez facility. Includes receiving stock from producers, conducting item checks, assembling boxes to collection specifications, and final inspection before dispatch. Attention to detail and familiarity with physical quality assessment is relevant here.
Logistics and Delivery Coordination
Coordinating outbound delivery across Egypt. Involves working with courier partners, managing delivery schedules for large corporate orders, and handling dispatch documentation. Familiarity with Egyptian logistics networks is useful.
Client Enquiries and Order Management
Handling incoming enquiries, preparing proposals, and managing order communication from confirmation through to delivery. Requires clear written communication in Arabic and English. Experience with corporate client communication is relevant.

We do not maintain a permanent job board. Open positions vary with operational demand, particularly around Ramadan and Eid seasons.
